# Social Task

**The social task** is an additional mission that allows users to earn **$PWR** by posting the **MemeID** sticker in their social media profiles. As of now, only **Instagram** and **Twitter (X)** are available.

{% hint style="info" %}
Note that there are also certain **requirements** for the social media accounts elaborated [here](#instagram).
{% endhint %}

**Completing the task**

1. Navigate to the Missions tab in the app and click on the Social Task to start.
2. Connect your social profile if you still haven't. Either of them would do.
3. Click on the account you want to use.
4. Use the Arrow symbols to download the MemeID template and share it on your social media account of choice/to share the MemeID template via the built-in sharing interface.
5. Apart from tags, Instagram Reels need to have the app link attached to the picture, while Twitter are required to contain the app link in the text.
6. Click I've Shared to confirm task completion.
7. The task will be sent for verification and is expected to be checked in the span of 12 hours.

#### MemeID

**MemeID** is a **tiny strip** that users place in the corner of **the picture shared** by them that acts as **a unique image signature**. PetID includes **a short text**, **a unique referral alphanumeric code** and **a** **QR-code** that links to the game**.**

Users can **upload photos directly** to social media platforms or use **our app interface** for attaching PetID and sharing it.

{% hint style="info" %}
For the task to be verified, at the time of task completion **MemeID** should always be **present** in *its unmodified form* in the story and easily **identifiable**. All the corners of the **MemeID** **image** should be visible. No **cropping**, **painting over**, **concealment** or **other modification** of MemeID or its parts is allowed! **Attempts to bypass the system or modify MemeID may result in a complete or temporary blocking of the user's game account.** You can learn more [here](#account-requirements).
